About the role:
We are looking for a highly organized Office Management Professional Intern in Peru to handle our day-to-day office operations, reporting directly to our Global Office Manager in Colombia.

Responsabilities:
- Vendor & Purchasing: Source local suppliers, request quotes, and manage service contracts (catering, supplies, maintenance).
- Inventory Control: Keep real-time tracking of office supplies, snacks, and company IT assets.
- Invoicing & Admin: Receive, validate, and organize vendor invoices for payment processing.




- Office & Reception: Keep workspace facilities fully operational and manage incoming mail, packages, and guests.
- Onboarding & Events: Assist in logistical support for team events, integration activities, and new hire onboarding.

Requirements:
- Recent graduate (*Egresado/a*) in Hospitality & Tourism, Business Administration, Management, or Communications (eligible for *Practicante Cualificado*).
- Proactive with high attention to detail and strong service orientation.
- Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Excel and collaborative tools (Slack, etc.).
- English proficiency at a B1 (intermediate) level is a plus.
