A fast-growing U.S. travel company, partnered with Busy Biz Solutions SAC here in Lima, is seeking
1–2 full-time Travel Sales Professionals
to join its high-performance team immediately. Our partner,
Cruiser Travels
, is experiencing record-breaking growth and cannot keep up with the volume of inbound customer requests.

Role Overview

As a
Travel Agent Sales Professional
, you will handle
warm, inbound leads
—no cold calling. You will communicate with clients via phone and email, gather pricing, secure commissions and exclusive perks from travel partners (primarily cruise lines), and provide clear, compelling offers to clients using a proven and highly successful sales process.

Your responsibilities include:
- Responding quickly to inbound U.S.



customer inquiries
- Preparing accurate cruise/travel quotes using vendor systems
- Highlighting perks, promotions, and commissionable components
- Closing sales and securing bookings
- Following up with clients to maximize conversion
- Providing ongoing customer service and repeat-sales support
- Maintaining detailed records in our CRM
