Support Services Manager (Marketing)

Primary Responsibilities:

The Support Services Manager is responsible for marketing and promoting of the credit union.

Essential Duties:

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning – Develop and execute the Credit Union’s overall marketing strategy, annual marketing plan, marketing calendar, and budget in alignment with organizational goals.2. Advertising & Campaign Management – Plan, develop, and manage marketing campaigns and promotions that support membership, deposit, loan, product, and service growth.3. Brand & Communications – Manage the Credit Union’s brand and oversee all member and public communications, including advertising, promotional materials, newsletters, signage, and other marketing content.4.
