The Job

The Social Media Producer conceptualizes, captures, edits, and delivers standout social media content for select brands within MGM Resorts' 13-property Las Vegas portfolio. Operating both independently and in collaboration with senior creatives, brand teams, partners, and influencers, the Producer leads end-to-end shoots primarily across resorts, restaurants, pools, nightlife venues, and live events. This role leverages modern creative techniques and emerging technology to produce dynamic, platform-native content aligned with each brand's unique voice.

The Day-to-day
- Develop creative briefs into engaging, platform-specific content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more,



ranging from quick social-native clips to polished multimedia productions.
- Lead projects end-to-end, including ideation, logistics planning, art direction, filming, editing, and post-production, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
- Shoot on property across active resort environments, including casino floors, restaurants, pools, nightlife venues, guest rooms, retail, and live events, adapting to live operating conditions, guest presence, compressed access windows, and unpredictable circumstances.
- Maintain a consistent production cadence across assigned brands, supporting multiple properties concurrently and delivering against campaign, always-on, and same-day turnaround needs.
- Scope productions appropriately, distinguishing agile run-and-gun capture from campaign-level shoots and matching production investment to the value of the moment.
