Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive,



and relationship-oriented Executive Director to provide leadership and oversight for the synagogue’s operations, staff, and administrative functions. The Executive Director reports directly to the President of the Board of Trustees and partners with clergy, lay leadership, staff, volunteers, and congregants to ensure effective operations, strong community engagement, clergy support, and a positive congregational experience

The adecuado candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative, anticipates needs, troubleshoots challenges independently, and collaborates effectively in a small-team environment. This role requires excellent organizational and relationship-building skills, professionalism, warmth, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, community-centered setting.
