The primary responsibility of the Manager - Front Desk is to oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk, including the check in and check out process, Team Member breaks and daily staffing. - Assist agents and guests with the check-in/check-out process.
- Must have a complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, procedures and service standards.
- Monitor team performance in all phases of service and job functions; rectify deficiencies.
- Coordinate daily breaks and staffing.
- Anticipate guest’s needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.




- Resolve guest challenges by following the recovery procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff and organize department functions in accordance with company guidelines.
- Delegate tasks and department assignments or projects, meeting deadlines related to those assignments.
- Focus on achieving the goals or objectives of the department using available resources (staff and budgetary).
- Evaluate the schedule or timelines related to the completion of assignments, while maintaining service and/or product quality.
- Develop staff skills to enhance department effectiveness and manage resources to eliminate excess cost or unnecessary expenditures.
- Safety is an essential function of this job.
