Curimapu Perú S.A.C., a hybrid seed production company, is looking for a professional to lead our Quality Management System and the GSPP (Good Seed and Plant Practices) and DPP (Disease Prevention Protocol) certification projects.
Purpose of the role Design, implement and maintain the company's Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer requirements and international standards applicable to seed production; and lead end-to-end the projects to obtain, maintain and recertify GSPP and DPP.

Key responsibilities
Design, implement and continuously improve the Quality Management System, including policies, procedures, protocols and records.
Define KPIs, standards and operational controls across every stage of the production process, from seed reception through to export.
Ensure traceability of materials, varieties, lots and processes, and verify genetic purity, physical purity and phytosanitary quality standards.
Lead the GSPP certification implementation project: gap analysis, master implementation plan, documentation system, staff training,



internal and external audits, and closure of non-conformities.
Implement the DPP protocol for the prevention of seed-transmitted diseases, including biosecurity protocols, cross-contamination controls and phytosanitary risk assessment matrices.
Plan and run internal audits, and act as technical lead before certification bodies, customers and external entities.
Design and deliver ongoing training programs in quality, biosecurity and good agricultural practices.
Lead the quality control and quality assurance team.
Requirements
Completed university degree (licensed/chartered) in Agronomy Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering or Biology.
Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles in quality management and/or certifications, preferably in agro-industry or seed production.
Accreditation as an internal auditor.
