Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Accounting Compliance Specialist to support our Accounting Compliance team with day-to-day accounting and compliance activities.



This role will assist with Accounts Payable, regulatory and state filings, audit requests, compliance tracking, and coordination with external consultants.

The Junior Accounting Compliance Specialist will help ensure financial and compliance records remain accurate, organized, and audit-ready while supporting the team in meeting important reporting and regulatory deadlines.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while building experience across accounting operations, compliance processes, audits, and regulatory requirements.

Position Responsibilities:
- Process and track vendor invoices and support day-to-day Accounts Payable activities
- Coordinate information and documentation requests from auditors, tax advisors, and other external consultants
- Assist with the preparation and submission of state, regulatory, and other required compliance f
