Salary: The current wage starts from $25.95 per hour. Funding for wage increases, retroactive to April 2026, will adjust the startingwage to $27.53 per hour once implemented.

Description of Position: Sources Community Living provides all-encompassing care for individuals who have been referred to us by Community Living British Columbia. We are currently recruiting community living workers to support individuals with autism, and/or intellectual disabilities,



with dual diagnoses in a group home environment. Our mission is to enable the pursuit of the best quality of life possible for our clients.

We do this by fostering independence, well-being, and social participation.

Reporting to: Cedar Grove Program Manager General Responsibilities:

- Buildmeaningfulrelationships.
- Document and report activities.
- Liaise with various stakeholders.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, collective agreement provisions,and other mandatory regulations. Program-specific Responsibilities:
- Keep notes and review progress.
- Maintain a safe work environment for both staff and service users alike.
- Implement person centered support plans and positive behavior support strategies. This includes being confident and familiar with Non-Violent Crisis Intervention material.
- Support individuals in achieving a meaningful, fulfilling, and high quality of life.
- Provide medication and personal care as needed.
- Assistwith meal preparation and diet planning.
- Other tasksas necessary forservice delivery.

- Knowledge and/or experience with mental health issues and intellectual disabilities.

- Valid driver's license(Class 4 and/or Class 5 but willing to obtain Class 4 within 3 months of hire)
