About the role

As Product Designer, you will work closely with our Tech Lead to help shape how our platform feels and works for the teachers and students who use it every day. You'll look at how people move through the platform, spot places where workflows could be smoother or clearer, and bring those insights into how we plan and build new features.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze the platform's overall user flow and experience from the teacher and student perspective, identifying friction points and usability gaps

- Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, or informal sessions with teachers) to ground design decisions in real user needs

- Partner with the Tech Lead to shape how new features are conceived, translating ideas into user-friendly flows, wireframes, and prototypes

- Bring a UX lens to feature planning from the earliest stages, not just at the design handoff

- Run usability testing on prototypes or new features before launch, to validate that they work before development time is invested

- Propose improvements to existing screens, flows, and interactions.

- Use platform usage data and user feedback to inform and validate design decisions

- Create and maintain a basic design system (components, styles, patterns)



to keep the platform visually and functionally consistent as it grows

- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that communicate design recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of usability principles and user-centered design

- Experience creating wireframes and prototypes (Figma or similar tools)

- Ability to analyze user flows and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations

- Comfortable collaborating closely with technical teams.

- Intermediate English level (C2C operates internationally)

- Bonus: ability to go beyond proposing designs and prototype or design directly in code (e.g. basic HTML/CSS, or tools like Framer) to communicate ideas more concretely to the Tech Lead
