We’re looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Receptionist to join our busy Springfield clinic on a casual basis, working approximately 10–15 hours per week. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is looking to build their administration and customer service experience within a supportive allied health setting.As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You’ll work as part of an experienced reception team while also being confident working independently when required.

The role will involve a mix of front desk reception, patient administration and supporting the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the clinic.Shift Availability

MondayThursdayFortnightly Saturday mornings, approximately 7:30am–12:30pmShifts may fall anywhere between 7:15am and 6:30pmFlexibility and availability across these days will be highly regarded. Opportunity to Progress For the right person, there may be an opportunity to progress into a Senior Receptionist / 2IC position in the future.Your responsibilities will include:





Welcoming patients and managing front desk reception and check‑inAnswering phone and email enquiries in a friendly and professional mannerScheduling and managing patient appointmentsProcessing HICAPS, Medicare and EFTPOS transactionsManaging referrals and correspondenceAssisting with diary managementMaintaining accurate patient records and completing data entryCompleting end‑of‑day reconciliationProviding a high level of customer service to patients and referrersWorking collaboratively with the wider clinic teamAbout You

Friendly, approachable and professionalOrganised and reliable with great attention to detailConfident communicating with patients, clinicians and other stakeholdersComfortable working in a fast‑paced environmentAble to work independently while also contributing positively to a teamFlexible and willing to learn new systems and processesPrevious reception or administration experience is preferred, but not essential – we’re happy to train the right person!Why You’ll Love Working With Us
