About the Role:
The Consultant, Franchise Performance position is an important and impactful field-based role responsible for supporting a portfolio of franchise Subway restaurants within an assigned territory. This role partners directly with franchisees to seek opportunities to improve overall restaurant performance, increase sales, support profitability, strengthen operations, and ensure consistent execution of brand standards. The adecuado candidate enjoys working in the field, building relationships, using data to solve business challenges, and coaching operators to improve results. This role requires frequent travel, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence others without direct authority.
