Comfortable with a variety of software including shipping software, Shopify, inventory platforms, Google Suite, and AI tools. Experience in stock forecasting is preferred to build reports and monitor stock levels.
A growing international luxury cosmetics company is seeking an exceptional Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator based in Lima, Peru. This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, analytical, resourceful, and comfortable managing many moving pieces across inventory, supply chain, fulfillment, customer operations, and day-to-day business needs.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership rather than simply completing assigned tasks. The right person will be comfortable identifying problems, learning new systems, improving processes, and finding more efficient ways to work.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Supply Chain
- Inventory forecasting and demand planning across products, packaging, samples, and components
- Monitor inventory levels, consumption rates, lead times, safety stock, and reorder requirements
- Maintain inventory planning and forecasting models in Excel
- Coordinate purchase orders, production timelines, shipments, and vendor follow-up
- Maintain and manage bills of materials (BOMs)
- Track packaging components, finished goods, samples, testers, and production materials
- Support production batching and component allocation
- Identify potential stockouts, excess inventory, and supply-chain risks before they become problems
- Reconcile inventory information across internal systems, warehouses, suppliers,
and sales channels
Wholesale, EDI & Fulfillment
- Manage EDI order processing and fulfillment for wholesale accounts
- Review incoming purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
- Coordinate shipping documentation, routing requirements, labels, and retailer compliance
- Communicate with warehouses, logistics providers, retailers, and internal teams regarding operational issues
- Track orders through completion and proactively resolve discrepancies, shortages, delays, or documentation issues
DTC & Customer Operations
- Support day-to-day DTC order management and fulfillment issues
- Assist with customer service and operational customer support
- Research order, inventory, shipment, replacement, and fulfillment questions
- Coordinate special orders, replacements, samples, and other customer-related operational requests
- Work across customer service, warehouse, inventory, and logistics functions to resolve issues quickly and accurately
Systems, Reporting & Process Improvement
- Advanced Excel skills are essential. Candidates should be comfortable with formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data analysis, inventory models, and working with large spreadsheets
- Maintain accurate operational trackers and reporting
- Analyze sales and inventory data to support purchasing and production decisions
- Learn and work across multiple inventory, ecommerce, fulfillment, EDI, and operational systems
- Use AI and other technology tools to improve productivity, analysis,
documentation, and workflows
- Document processes and create clear SOPs
- Identify inefficient or repetitive processes and recommend better solutions
What We Are Looking For
- Based in Lima, Peru
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong professional communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in supply chain, inventory management, demand planning, procurement, logistics, operations, or a related field
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects
- Able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
- Resourceful and willing to research and solve unfamiliar problems
- Interested in technology, AI, education, and continuous learning
- Comfortable working with an international team and communicating with vendors, warehouses, retailers, and customers
Experience with cosmetics, beauty, consumer products, ecommerce, manufacturing, packaging, EDI, or international logistics is highly desirable but not required for an exceptional candidate.
Compensation
Approximately USD $1,800-$2,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
