ervice Desk / IT Support – Conversational English

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle and manage IT incidents and service requests.
Perform initial troubleshooting and execute documented recovery procedures.
Monitor and follow up on tickets, ensuring compliance with established SLAs.
Provide remote technical support to end users and accurately document each interaction.
Escalate incidents to specialized support teams when required.
Use knowledge bases, runbooks, and ITSM tools to efficiently resolve incidents.




Collaborate with technical teams in a 24x7 IT operations environment.

REQUIREMENTS
Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in Service Desk, Help Desk, L1/L1.5 Support, NOC, or IT Call Center environments.
Experience managing tickets using ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or similar ITSM platforms.
Knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Service Request, and Change Management.
Working knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
Familiarity with Active Directory, VPN, RDP, SSH, and/or remote support tools.
Conversational English – MANDATORY / NON-NEGOTIABLE.
Availability to work rotating 24x7 shifts aligned with Spain working hours.
