The Technical Digital Workplace Engineer is responsible for supporting, administering, and enhancing enterprise end-user computing services to deliver a secure, reliable, and modern digital workplace experience. The role involves managing endpoint technologies, Microsoft 365 services, device lifecycle management, collaboration platforms, and end-user support while ensuring compliance with organizational security and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Endpoint Management
- Administer Windows 10/11 enterprise devices.
- Manage device provisioning using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
- Deploy operating systems, applications, and security configurations.
- Perform endpoint health monitoring and remediation.
- Manage BitLocker encryption and device compliance.
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Support Microsoft 365 services including:
- Exchange Online
- Microsoft Teams
- OneDrive for Business
- SharePoint Online
- Troubleshoot mailbox, collaboration, and licensing issues.
- Manage user provisioning and permissions.
- Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Develop PowerShell scripts for operational automation.
- Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency.
- Participate in digital workplace transformation initiatives.
Experience
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Digital Workplace or End User Computing support.
- Experience supporting enterprise environments with 2,000+ users is preferred.
