Role Description
The Senior BI and Analytics Specialist at NUTech will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Lima, with flexibility for part-time work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering business requirements, building data models and dashboards, and translating complex data into clear insights and reports for stakeholders. The role also involves optimizing ETL processes, ensuring data quality and integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for analytics-driven improvement. The specialist will actively mentor team members, contribute to BI best practices, and support the continuous enhancement of NUTech’s analytics capabilities.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data analytics, including the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data warehousing and data modeling, with experience designing efficient,



scalable data structures that support reporting and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and tools, including developing, optimizing, and maintaining data pipelines.
- Knowledge of BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and SQL for querying and managing relational databases.
- Experience working in hybrid environments, collaborating with on-site and remote teams, and managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications in BI/Analytics are a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and document solutions clearly.
- Background in banking, financial services, or similar data-intensive industries is desirable.
