As a Project Manager (Agile), you will lead technology projects in a remote setting, ensuring that delivery is effectively aligned with organizational goals. You will orchestrate the software development lifecycle by planning progress and coordinating processes to ensure high-performance execution.

What You'll Do
- Lead large and complex software projects from intake to completion while fostering an inclusive team culture.
- Facilitate critical Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning,



daily stand-ups, and reviews, to keep teams informed and aligned.
- Manage the product backlog by prioritizing tasks based on value and stakeholder needs to optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor project health and progress through velocity tracking and reporting to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks and blockers to drive continuous improvement and process enhancement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define shared value and ensure project requirements are met through effective communication.

What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Agile Delivery roles.
- Proven expertise in facilitating Scrum or Kanban teams and managing sprint ceremonies.
- Proficiency in using Jira for backlog management, velocity tracking, and reporting.
- Strong background in removing blockers and driving continuous improvement through retrospectives.
