Job description:
We're looking for a detail-oriented estimator with strong English skills who enjoys working with roofing takeoff tools and coordinating with suppliers. This role requires clear communication and a willingness to learn to accurately estimate properties and manage material ordering.
What You'll Do:
- Estimate roofing projects using Roofer to measure roofs and calculate costs
- Determine the type and quantity of materials needed for each property
- Contact suppliers to order materials based on estimates
- Communicate clearly with the team on project details and pricing
- Take over the estimating function fully as the department grows
Qualifications:
- Strong English skills (written and verbal) — required
- Solid,
reliable internet connection — required
- Roofing experience strongly preferred (major plus)
- Construction experience and understanding of materials a plus
