MEDLIFE is a non-profit organization that partners with low-income communities in Latin America and Africa to improve their access to medicine, education, and community development projects. Our mission is to build a worldwide Movement empowering the poor in their fight for equal access to healthcare, education, and a safe home. Our vision is a world free from the constraints of poverty. MEDLIFE works with students from around the world in order to broaden their perspectives and better equip them to advocate for social justice.
About the role
This role sits within MEDLIFE's Marketing team as the key liaison between Marketing, Chapter Coaches, and Chapter Media/Marketing Officers. The goal: turn Chapter social media activity into a measurable engine for awareness, leads, and program participation — by equipping Chapters with the right systems, tracking, and content practices, and feeding what's working (and what isn't) back to Marketing.
We're looking for an organized, goal-oriented relationship builder who is comfortable managing multiple Chapters at once,
confident in communicating in English, and energized by building simple systems that help others succeed.

What will your day-to-day look like at MEDLIFE?
Lead Generation & Social Media Growth
- Help Chapters turn their social channels into consistent sources of qualified leads — setting up and maintaining lead-gen systems, CTAs, links, UTMs, and tracking.
