You would be joining the biggest design and visual arts community in Latin America.
We are LAD. For ten years we have built the awards and the festival where the region's design scene actually shows up: LADAWARDS and LADFEST. Our jury includes some of the most respected names in general design. Our speakers fly in from New York, São Paulo, Barcelona and Mexico City. Our audience is spread across three continents.
This year we are doing both: a gala at a museum in Lima in October, and a five-day festival in November.
And we need someone to sell it to the world.

What that actually means
You own the campaigns that fill those rooms. Real budget on Meta, real numbers, real deadlines that do not move. You write the emails. You build the funnel. You watch the ticket counter go up because of something you made.




You talk to sponsors and international press in English, every week, without a translator.
You will be in the room when it happens. And when we take LAD to another city, there is a real chance you are on that plane.

Who we think you are
You just graduated, or nearly. Marketing, communications, advertising, business, or you taught yourself and can prove it.
Your English is good enough to write copy in it, not just read it.
You have run Meta Ads. Maybe it was your own budget, maybe it was tiny. Tell us what you ran and what happened.
You are the person who talks to strangers at events instead of hiding by the snacks.
You are relentless. If something is stuck, you move it. Nobody here will chase you.
You care about design, or at least you are curious enough to fall for it.
