Job Description:
The purpose of Program Coordinator position is to improve and sustain the well-being of children and their families by responsible to do in implementing ADP Plan/Program Design with partners including good quality monitoring and reporting, that is well-documented meets Partnership standards (SOP&IPF;, SSO/Sponsorship Service Operation and CP Standards) and is used for accountability, improved management decisions, and organizational learning.

All staff are expected to contribute to Wahana Visi Indonesia’s core approaches—Transformational Development, Advocacy, and Emergency Response. During emergencies,



this role may be required to support organizational readiness and response efforts, ensuring timely, coordinated, and accountable delivery of assistance in line with established systems and standards.

Strategy Development & Planning
- Prepare the development of SOP and IPF program annual plan on according to organization standard
- Develop specific strategy for program implementation in ADP level in order to meet organization or donor standard and government policy
- Support Data/Information related SOP and IPF in ADP context for strategy development and planning.
- Facilitate the completion of PQSR (Program Quality Self Review)

Resource Acquisition & Management
- Work together with ADP Manager in identifying funding gaps beyond of child sponsorship funding to meet all program funding needs in accordance with the design/AP Plan
- Create interest in opportunities for program in ADP’s within the zone.
- Propose SOP and IPF
