KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Training & Capability Building:
Acquire strong knowledge and understanding of the organization's products, services, customers, competitors, and sales techniques.
Develop strategic training plan for sales force P&G; Health
Perform medical detailing diagnosis and develop a training program that focuses on product knowledge, sales techniques and skills.
Analyze team performance to evaluate training effectiveness and design
