We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and action-driven Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our Talent Development team for a 90-day assignment. This is not a traditional administrative support role. While you will help streamline recruiting operations and support critical hiring processes, you will also take ownership of selected recruiting initiatives and projects that directly impact the growth of our organization.

What You'll DoTalent Acquisition Support
- Support job postings across multiple platforms and sourcing channels.




- Help monitor hiring pipelines and identify process bottlenecks.
- Track recruiting metrics and assist with reporting and analysis.

Recruiting Projects & Ownership
- Take ownership of specific hiring initiatives and recruiting campaigns.
- Support talent sourcing efforts for strategic roles across the organization.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute ideas and solutions to help scale Talent Acquisition operations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to drive hiring outcomes.

Team & Operational Support
- Provide administrative support related to Talent Acquisition processes and projects.
- Assist the Talent Development Coordinator with priority initiatives and operational tasks.
