Peru Project Setup Manager / Online Research Coordinator

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Company Registration & Compliance
- Assist with company registration, bank account opening, tax registration, and other administrative procedures in Peru.
- Coordinate with local law firms, accounting firms, government agencies, and third-party service providers.
- Research and organize information regarding local laws, regulations, business policies, and industry requirements.
- Follow up on licenses, permits, certifications, and ongoing compliance matters.
Market Research & Business Development
- Conduct online and offline market research.
- Gather information on local products, competitors, and industry trends.
- Analyze market opportunities and provide recommendations to headquarters.
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, business partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Project Coordination
- Support headquarters in planning and executing project setup activities in Peru.
- Coordinate communication between headquarters and local service providers.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide regular updates.
- Assist in developing implementation plans, operational procedures, and management processes.
Online Research & Testing Support
- Assist with obtaining local phone numbers and information required for verification and testing.
- Record simple videos or screen recordings when needed.
- Organize research findings and prepare reports.
Operational Support
- Assist in establishing local office and operational infrastructure.
- Support recruitment, administration, and HR-related activities during the setup phase.
- Complete other duties assigned by headquarters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field preferred.
