Pay Joy in Peru is seeking a Legal & Compliance Analyst to support the implementation and execution of local regulatory controls, review contracts, and address routine legal queries in alignment with the company’s objectives.
You will monitor local regulations, draft and update documents, collaborate with multiple departments, and help design compliance initiatives to reduce risk while supporting Pay Joy’s mission to expand financial access.
