We’re looking for an outstanding Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. This role is available across our primary LATAM hub in Peru.
Who you are
You are a pragmatic, detail-oriented quality engineer who enjoys ensuring that complex software systems work reliably for the people who use them. You bring strong experience with both manual and automated testing, communicate clearly with clients and technical peers, and adapt easily across industries, applications, and technical stacks.



You understand that quality is a shared responsibility and enjoy collaborating closely with engineers, product teams, and clients throughout the software development lifecycle. You are curious about new tools—including AI tools that improve your productivity and the effectiveness of your testing.
What you will be doing
Work directly with clients to understand business requirements, identify quality risks, and develop effective testing strategies.
Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test plans, test cases, and test scenarios across web, mobile, API, and integrated software systems.
Develop and maintain automated test suites using modern testing tools and frameworks, including:
Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar automation technologies;
API testing tools and frameworks such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
