As part of our expansion in Peru, we are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Executive who can help us identify new companies, build relationships with decision-makers, and develop business opportunities in the local market.
About the Role
This is a business development and market expansion role for someone who enjoys approaching new companies, creating relationships, understanding business requirements, and converting opportunities into long-term customers.
The ideal candidate should be confident in B2B communication, lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management, with a good understanding of the Peruvian business market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential B2B customers and companies in the Peruvian market.




Build a strong pipeline of prospective customers and business opportunities.
Connect with decision-makers and introduce the company's products and capabilities.
Understand customer requirements and identify suitable business opportunities.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
Handle business discussions, enquiries, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
Convert qualified prospects into active business relationships.
Research the market to identify new sectors, companies, and growth opportunities.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer requirements.
Work closely with the international team to develop opportunities and support customer requirements.
Maintain regular updates on leads, customer interactions, opportunities, and business development activities.
