As Associate Director Data Analytics, you will provide tactical and strategic planning, operational oversight, support, and direct supervision of the Clinical Data Liaison function within Data Analytics. You will work closely with functional area leads to evaluate signals of operational risk at various levels and advocate for risk mitigation strategies.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee a broad range of Centralized Monitoring processes, ensuring timelines and contracts are adhered to and quality standards are met for assigned projects.
Manage the resources and workload of direct reports.
Support department infrastructure through leadership of various functions which includes support services, database administration, performance measurement, and application system development.
Support Department Head by successfully completing ad hoc projects to improve departmental quality and cost effectiveness.
Actively undertake business development activities including participation at sponsor meetings.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 10+ years) or equivalent and relevant combination of education, training, & experience.
5+ years of management responsibility
