Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex system solutions, including project scope, schedule, costs, risks, and issues.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support sprint goals, remove impediments, and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
Manage stakeholder relationships and communication, providing regular progress updates and facilitating decision-making and conflict resolution.
Coach and support the Scrum team, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and effective delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a Project Manager or similar delivery role.
Proven experience delivering projects in Agile environments.
Experience as a Scrum Master in IT, Banking, Insurance, or other corporate environments applying Scrum principles and practices.
Strong facilitation, coaching, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
Strong problem-solving and results-oriented mindset.
Experience managing project scope, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations.
Awareness of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, systems design, development, and testing.
Strong commitment to team development and continuous improvement.
Advanced English proficiency.
Preferred Skills
Scrum Master certification.
Experience in the Financial Services industry.
Experience working with complex software development projects.
Experience driving improvements in project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
