This role reports to the Shared Services Operations Manager—Employee Benefits and is responsible for providing employee benefits & HR compliance support for the West Division.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing communications for the Compliance Newsletter and updating client data.
- Deploying workflows for employee benefits compliance.
- Maintaining the Health Plan Compliance Calendar and other compliance documents.
- Developing templated client communications.
- Training team members on compliance topics.
- Managing subscriptions to relevant platforms.
- Coordinating compliance with the home office team.
- Managing access to online portals and communicating with the Account Management Team.

Minimum requirements:

- Understanding of benefit laws, regulations, and standards.
- Problem-solving skills using standard guidelines.




- Knowledge of employee benefit plans.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with agency management software.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Willingness to attend conferences for further education.

Experience and education:

- At least 2 years of employee benefits and HR experience.
- Life/Health Agent License preferred but not required.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

- Travel may be required.
- Moderate stress levels.
- Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Hybrid work environment with office and remote options.
