Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tier 3 IT Support Technician to join our team. This role focuses on delivering high-level technical support for small and medium-sized business clients. You will handle complex troubleshooting, server and network administration, cybersecurity implementation, data protection, and ongoing client environment management.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for complex network, server, desktop, and application issues across client environments.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 tenants (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Office), Google Workspace, and Active Directory.
- Manage and maintain servers in Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware environments, including patching, SQL Server, and QuickBooks Server/Desktop.
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot firewalls and secure VPN solutions.
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including VLAN segmentation, switching, and routing.
- Implement and manage data backup and recovery solutions.




- Support and maintain client ERP systems and proprietary software on desktops, laptops, and kiosks.
- Perform network administration, connectivity troubleshooting, and coordination with ISPs and vendors.
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices, security configurations, and client compliance recommendations.
- Document technical solutions, processes, and client configurations clearly in English.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional service delivery for clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Fluency in English: Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for direct, daily interactions with US-based clients and internal teams.
- Experience: Strong hands-on experience in an MSP environment or equivalent multi-client IT support role (3+ years preferred at Tier 2/3 level).
- Core Systems: Expertise with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, security settings) and Active Directory.
