Vice President of Revenue Operations

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly strategic and analytical Vice President of Revenue Operations (RevOps) to lead our general Revenue Operations organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) or Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Vice President of Revenue Operations will be responsible for optimizing the company's end-to-end revenue engine by aligning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.

The VP of Revenue Operations will oversee Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, Revenue Strategy, Revenue Planning, Revenue Analytics, Business Intelligence, CRM Strategy, Sales Enablement, Forecasting, Compensation Operations, GTM Operations, and Revenue Systems. This executive will build scalable operational processes, improve forecasting accuracy, enhance productivity, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Position ResponsibilitiesExecutive Leadership & Revenue Strategy
- Develop and execute the company's global Revenue Operations strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.




- Partner with the CRO, CEO, and Executive Leadership Team to establish annual revenue goals and long-term growth plans.
- Build a unified Go-to-Market (GTM) operating model across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
- Lead annual operating planning (AOP), revenue planning, and territory planning.
- Advise executive leadership on revenue performance, pipeline health, forecasting, and strategic investments.
- Develop executive dashboards and board-level reporting for revenue performance.
- Drive continuous operational improvement across all revenue-generating functions.
- Promote a data-driven culture that supports predictable, scalable growth.

Revenue Operations Management
- Lead global Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, and Revenue Operations teams.
