About The Role
We are looking for detail-oriented, process-driven professionals with hands-on experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare organizations. This is not a clinical role — it is an operational and administrative support position for someone who has worked in a BPO or remote environment handling healthcare workflows such as medical scheduling, insurance verification, prior authorizations, patient coordination, medical billing, or healthcare customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle appointment scheduling, patient coordination, and calendar management for healthcare providers
- Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage through U.S. payer portals
- Initiate and follow up on prior authorization requests with insurance companies
- Communicate professionally with patients, providers, insurance companies, and internal teams via phone, email, or chat
- Accurately document, update, and maintain patient and healthcare records in accordance with established procedures
- Support medical billing, claims processing, or referral coordination as needed by the client
- Monitor assigned work queues, prioritize tasks, and meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets
- Handle sensitive patient information in full compliance with HIPAA and client-specific privacy protocols
