Requirements
High School Diploma.
6 Months of experience in technical support role.
Troubleshooting and analytical skills basic.
Customer Service Software desirable.
Intermediate English proficiency B2 level.
Availability to work onsite at our Magdalena location.
Responsibilities
Deliver responsive and highquality support to new and existing customers through email, chat, and phone, while consistently meeting support KPIs.
Evaluate, troubleshoot, replicate and document product bugs for further escalation to Engineering.




Work crossfunctionally with Customer Success Managers and Legal Engineers to create a quality postdeployment customer experience.
Create internal knowledge base articles covering product features, FAQs, and howtos.
Leverage your customer interactions to help improve product roadmap and customer experience..
