Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently produce high-quality, publish-ready content, including written posts, graphics, carousels, and short-form video, across Substack, LinkedIn, Instagram, and email.
- Transform the founder's expertise, notes, transcripts, and ideas into polished, audience-ready content on a regular publishing cadence.
- Write and edit long-form thought leadership, newsletters, social copy, and email campaigns. Design graphics, carousels, and visual frameworks.
- Serve as day-to-day lead for social media, producing each post from concept through publication, including copy, design, video editing, and scheduling.
- Maintain an editorial calendar and support email campaigns, automated sequences, and conversion-focused messaging.




- Track content performance across channels and use insights to refine topics, formats, and distribution strategy.

Skills:
- Proven, hands-on ability to consistently execute and publish high-quality content, not just plan or strategize
- Strong writing and editing across formats, from headlines to long-form storytelling
- Strong visual judgment: skilled with graphics, carousels, and short-form video editing
- Ability to translate complex or technical subject matter into clear, accessible content
- Strong organizational and project-management skills across multiple channels and deadlines
- Genuine sense of ownership and commitment, with clear, proactive communication around availability and day-to-day progress

- 3-5+ years of content marketing, digital marketing, or social media management experience, with a demonstrated track record of independently producing and publishing content for
