*What is the purpuse of this role?*
As part of the Process Solutions team within Global Program, this role is responsible for driving continuous improvement across country offices and Frontline Church Partners (FCPs) by analyzing business needs, identifying root causes, and translating operational challenges into effective process and technology solutions. The Business Analyst III partners with stakeholders across general and regional teams to define requirements, facilitate alignment, and support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and organizational impact. Through data-driven analysis and collaboration, this role helps ensure that business processes effectively support Compassion’s mission and strategic objectives.

- Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and model Compassion’s Christian values through daily interactions, service, and prayer support for the ministry.




- Promote and uphold Compassion’s child protection standards by integrating safeguarding principles into all activities and reporting any concerns related to child abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
- Partner with stakeholders, business owners, and decision-makers to understand business needs, identify root causes, gather requirements, and define effective process and technology solutions.
- Analyze business processes, systems, policies, and organizational initiatives to identify opportunities for efficiency, standardization, and service improvement across Country Offices and Frontline Church Partners (FCPs).
