Software Developer — Costanera
We build software people are surprised to find a small team made. We are looking for one more developer who builds fast and builds beautiful.
Who we are
Costanera builds custom software, AI systems, and automation for ambitious businesses. Code-first (React, TypeScript, FastAPI, Supabase), AI-native, high bar on craft. We work directly with clients from the first scope call to the live product. Small team, real ownership, zero busywork. If you have ever looked at most business software and thought "this is ugly and it did not have to be," you already get us.
Real talk
If you are looking for an easy job with easy hours, this is probably not for you. We work hard and we care a lot. What we want is someone who wants to grow: to be a sharper engineer, a better builder, and a bigger part of this company a year from now than they are today. If that sounds like pressure, it is not the role. If it sounds like the point, keep reading.
What you will do
Turn messy, real-world operations into software that feels effortless to use.
Build front ends clients love to look at, and back ends that hold up under real data.
Own features end to end: understand the problem, scope it, build it, ship it.
Use AI tooling heavily and well. We move at AI speed and expect you to keep up.
You are who we want if you
- Build genuinely beautiful front ends. Taste and polish are instincts for you, not a final step.
- Are strong with React and TypeScript, and unafraid of the backend.
- Ship. You would rather have a working demo tonight than a perfect plan next month.
- Solve the vigente business problem, not just the ticket.
- Want to grow, and will push yourself to get there.
Nice to have
FastAPI or Python, Supabase or Postgres, real integrations shipped (CRMs, payments, portals), and a portfolio you are a little proud of.
How you get in
1. You apply.
2. We do a quick call to get to know you.
3. If it clicks, we invite you to a paid demo project: a real
