Role Description
This full-time remote role for a Medical Interpreter (Spanish/English) focuses on providing accurate, confidential, and culturally sensitive interpretation services in medical and healthcare environments.



Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting conversations between patients and healthcare professionals over phone or video, ensuring clear understanding of medical information, instructions, and consent. The interpreter will use specialized medical terminology, follow established protocols, and adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements. Additional tasks may involve basic translation of short medical documents, documenting session details as required, and collaborating with supervisors or quality assurance teams to maintain high service standards. The role requires consistent availability during scheduled shifts and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Medical Interpretation and Interpreting skills, with fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Medical Terminology and the ability to handle clinical, administrative, and emergency healthcare contexts.
