About the role

We're looking for a Growth Marketer to lead our acquisition strategy and help more teachers around the world discover Class2Class. You'll take ownership of our paid media and SEO efforts, working closely with our Marketing Lead and Growth Owner to grow our community of teachers in a smart, sustainable way.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, managing budget allocation and bidding strategy
- Monitor and report on CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates, adjusting campaigns based on performance
- Own SEO strategy: keyword research, on-page optimization, content briefs, and technical SEO health checks
- Manage SEM efforts, ensuring alignment between paid and organic search presence
- Begin exploring GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to improve visibility in AI-driven search and chat tools
- Run A/B tests on landing pages, ad creatives, and copy to improve conversion rates
- Build and maintain acquisition dashboards, translating data into actionable recommendations




- Collaborate with the content and design team to ensure creative assets align with campaign goals
- Stay current on platform changes, algorithm updates, and growth marketing best practices

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads required)
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimization, basic technical SEO)
- Experience with SEM campaign management
- Comfortable working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite)
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable pulling and interpreting performance data
- Intermediate English level (C2C operates internationally)
- Bonus: familiarity with GEO/AI search optimization, experience in edtech or B2B2C platforms
