*The Opportunity*

We are looking for an
Investment Analyst
to join the team supporting Deetken Impact’s
Ilu Fund
. Working closely with our Investment and Portfolio Officers, you will contribute to both the evaluation of investment opportunities and the ongoing management of a diverse portfolio across Latin America and the Caribbean.

The role combines
financial analysis, portfolio monitoring, due diligence, and financial and impact reporting
. You will analyze company performance and financial projections, monitor investments, work with financial and impact data, and contribute to the research and analysis that informs investment decisions.

You will also interact with investees and other stakeholders,



providing an opportunity to gain exposure to different companies, sectors, and markets while contributing to investments that seek both financial performance and measurable impact.

We are looking for a
proactive, analytical, and self-motivated professional
who enjoys working with financial information, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable taking ownership of their work. The idóneo candidate combines strong analytical skills with sound judgment, attention to detail, curiosity, and the ability to turn complex information into clear insights.
