Role Summary

As Fund Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a strategy to cultivate, engage, and secure financial support from individuals and organizations who are deeply invested in seeing the gospel spread to the U.S. Hispanic community.

This role involves donor research, relationship-building, strategic communication, and fundraising campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in nonprofit fundraising, donor engagement, and marketing, with a passion for advancing the gospel.

Our U.S. Spanish Ministry team is seeking a new member to help bring the gospel to millions across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities




Fundraising Strategy & Execution:
- Work with the Director of the US Spanish Ministry to develop and implement a comprehensive fund development plan to attract and retain donors outside of our traditional listener base.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with individuals, churches, foundations, and businesses that align with the mission of the US Spanish Ministry.
- Create and manage targeted fundraising campaigns, including annual giving, major gifts, and planned giving programs.
- Work closely with leadership to set fundraising goals and track progress.

Donor Engagement & Stewardship
- Develop and maintain relationships with new donors through personalized communication, impact stories, and ministry updates.
- Implement a donor stewardship plan, ensuring supporters feel valued and engaged in the ministry’s impact.
