About Us:

We are a real estate coaching and training business that also operates a full-service residential real estate team based in Baltimore, Maryland. We help agents grow through high-ticket group coaching, courses, and live teaching, while our real estate team works directly with home buyers and sellers. Our culture values ownership, discretion, and using technology, including AI, to work smarter rather than harder.

Salary: $1,500 - $2,100 USD (monthly)

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a customer service extension for both the coaching business and the real estate team, matching the executive's tone and brand voice
- Own the coaching platform (Kajabi): tech issues, member access, troubleshooting, and automations
- Manage inboxes, calendar, and scheduling, including prepping for sales and coaching calls and coordinating team meetings
- Support lead tracking and follow-up across both sides of the business
- Keep marketing activities on schedule, including email campaigns, events, and live teaching launches




- Take over management and distribution of monthly email campaigns once drafted by the executive
- Monitor social media DMs and handle or flag customer service issues and follow-ups
- Help integrate AI tools like Claude further into daily operations

Skills:
- Fluent in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
- Working knowledge of Canva
- General social media fluency, especially Instagram
- Experience using Claude or similar AI tools
- Comfortable communicating in Slack
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Flodesk is a plus
- CRM experience (Kajabi, FollowUpBoss) is a plus

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or right-hand supporting a high-level executive or business owner - required
- Background as an EA/Operations Manager with digital marketing experience is strongly preferred, ideally supporting a coach, course creator, or brand with a strong social media presence
