We are looking for an
Architect
with creativity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to develop real estate and construction projects in the
United States
, working from our office in Peru and participating in different stages of the project, from conceptual design to technical documentation.

What are we looking for?
- Graduate, Bachelor's degree, or licensed Architect.
- Experience in real estate or similar project design and development is preferred.
- Knowledge of architectural conceptualization and project development.
- Knowledge of interior design, materials, and finishes.
- Advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, SketchUp, and V-Ray.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Creative, organized, goal-oriented, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities




- Participate in the conceptualization and development of real estate and construction projects.
- Prepare general drawings, detailed drawings, and technical documentation.
- Develop 3D models, views, and architectural proposals.
- Support the coordination and compatibility of architectural plans with different disciplines.
- Prepare commercial drawings and graphic materials for project presentations.
- Review drawings and documentation provided by vendors.
- Participate in defining functionality, space planning, façade design, finishes, and architectural solutions.
- Make design modifications and adjustments according to project requirements.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for review and approval.
- Maintain updated and organized project technical documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and other professionals involved in project development.
- Ensure that designs and deliverables meet the established requirement
