THE ROLE

We are hiring a full-time Remote Patient Scheduler for a private dental practice in Richmond, Virginia. This is a sales-driven position, not a general admin role.

You will be the first voice every prospective patient hears. Your job is to turn inquiries into booked appointments. The practice receives new patient inquiries every month through Google Ads, organic search, and phone calls.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Answer inbound calls from prospective patients and convert them into scheduled appointments
- Run outbound follow-up by phone, text, and email within 24 to 48 hours on every new inquiry
- Collect credit card information and process deposits through Square
- Schedule patients across two dentist calendars without double booking




- Manage and update new patient records in a customized Go High Level CRM
- Respond to office email correspondence with prospective patients
- Handle calls from existing patients when needed and route questions to the doctors
- Track your own conversion numbers and work toward an 80 percent booking rate

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Native or near-native English. Non-negotiable. You will spend your day on the phone with American patients. Your English must sound natural to a US-based listener, with little to no accent.
- Strong sales background. Phone sales, appointment setting, inbound conversion, or consultative sales. You need to know how to build trust fast and ask for the close.
- Comfortable with taking payments over the phone. You will take downpayments from prospective patients before their appointment.
- Fast learner. The practice will train you directly on their systems. You need to pick up new software quickly and take ownership from week
