Role Summary

Become a vital part of our team by lending a hand with mail services, catering events, and upkeep for our on-site housing, the Lodge. From assisting with mailers and setting up for events to ensuring guest rooms are cozy and welcoming, your support will be instrumental in creating seamless experiences for both staff and visitors.

*Please note: This is a volunteer position.*
On-Call Ministry Services Assistant: Cary, North Carolina (USA)

Our Ministry Services team is seeking a volunteer on-call assistant to be the helping hands at our offices in Cary, North Carolina.

Mail Services
- Be available in-person to assist with projects
- Assist with stuffing mailers and packages
- Assist with sorting and mailing materials




- Assist with using mail equipment including postage machine, folder, paper cutter, binder, printers, etc.

Catering Services
- Assist caterer with setting up and decorating for catering events
- Assist caterer with serving guests
- Assist caterer with cleaning up after events

Lodge Services
- Assist cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas
- Assist with laundering of bedding and bath towels
- Assist with creating a warm, welcoming and hospitable environment for our guests
