Our client is a growing US-based insurance company serving markets primarily across the Western United States. They work with high-quality leads and maintain realistic, common-sense expectations for appointment-setting performance. The team values clear communication, and our client is looking to scale their outbound efforts with a dedicated professional.

As an
*Insurance Appointment Setter (High-Volume Outbound Calls)*
, you will own the outbound dialing process and be responsible for booking qualified appointments with prospects across the Western US. This is a performance-focused role where you'll work with strong lead flow, maintain consistent daily activity, and directly contribute to the sales pipeline. Your ability to connect with prospects, handle objections professionally, and maintain high dial volume will be critical to success in this position.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Mountain Time (Client's time zone)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct
150 to 200 outbound calls
daily to prospects in the Western United States




- Book qualified appointments with decision-makers interested in insurance solutions
- Manage follow-up activities with leads to maximize conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointment outcomes
- Work with high-quality lead lists provided by the company
- Adapt your approach based on prospect feedback and regional communication styles
- Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting targets
- Communicate effectively with prospects in states including Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Texas, and Arizona

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
in appointment setting or outbound sales
- Proven track record working in the
insurance industry
- Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
- Experience making
high-volume outbound calls (150+ per day)
- Ability to connect with Western US audiences and adapt to regional communication preferences
