About The Role

AI systems are only as good as the feedback they receive — and that's where you come in. We're looking for sharp, detail-oriented people to review and evaluate AI-generated outputs across text, image, and structured data formats. Your assessments directly influence how AI models learn, improve, and ultimately serve millions of users worldwide.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. You choose your hours, work at your own pace, and contribute to some of the most exciting AI research happening today.

What You'll Do

- Review AI-generated responses across a variety of content types and topics for factual accuracy, relevance, and quality
- Rate outputs using structured rubrics and clear evaluation guidelines
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Provide clear, well-documented feedback that guides model training and refinement
- Work asynchronously on your own schedule across diverse subject areas

Who You Are

- Strong attention to detail with a natural eye for quality and consistency
- Comfortable reading, evaluating, and critiquing written content across a range of topics




- Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision
- Clear and concise written communication skills in English
- Reliable with the ability to meet deadlines on task-based assignments
- No prior AI or technical experience required — if you think critically and write well, you're a great fit

Nice to Have

- Background in research, editing, writing, or content evaluation
- Experience following detailed guidelines or rubrics in a professional setting
- Familiarity with data quality concepts or structured feedback workflows
