Senior QA Role Overview
We’re looking for a Software Quality Assurance Analyst with strong QA automation and scripting experience to help ensure a high standard of performance, reliability, and usability across our web and mobile experiences. This role involves testing front-end interfaces, API endpoints, and AI-driven workflows to validate functionality,



accuracy, and overall user experience. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to track issues, reproduce bugs, and ensure that every release meets our quality bar.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain automated and manual test plans across multiple features and releases
- Build and maintain test automation using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
- Write code-based test suites and validation scripts in JavaScript or C#
- Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing on both front-end and API layers
- Validate AI-generated content and ensure data accuracy in user-facing components
- Collaborate with engineers to reproduce, document, and prioritize issues
- Participate in release validation, smoke testing, and deployment sign-offs
- Track and report QA metrics, including test coverage, automation stability, and defect resolution rates
