About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a high-performing Sales Account Executive to own the complete B2B sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline generation through discovery, negotiation, closing, and long-term relationship development.
This is not a passive account management or order-taking role.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Generating qualified pipeline
- Running discovery calls
- Delivering sales presentations and demos
- Managing negotiations
- Closing new business
- Building relationships with decision-makers
- Consistently achieving revenue targets
You’ll work directly with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers while managing opportunities across the full sales funnel.

What You’ll Own
Full-Cycle B2B Sales
Own the entire sales process:
Prospecting → Outreach → Discovery → Presentation/Demo → Negotiation → Closing
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
- Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs and buying priorities
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and solution-based consultations
- Qualify opportunities and manage deals through every pipeline stage
- Maintain consistent prospect follow-up
- Hit or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Pipeline Generation & Management
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified B2B opportunities.
- Generate new opportunities through:
- Outbound outreach
- Inbound leads
- Networking
- Relationship building
- Track:
- Deal progression
- Pipeline velocity
- Conversion rates
- Forecasted revenue
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Follow structured sales cadences
- Identify stalled opportunities and proact
