ServiceNow Product Owner at BairesDev

In this role, you'll drive product strategy and delivery for enterprise IT service management, built on the ServiceNow platform. Translating stakeholder needs into scalable solutions, you'll own the roadmap, backlog, and sprint execution that keep the platform aligned with business priorities. What You'll Do

Drive product strategy and delivery for ITSM initiatives on the ServiceNow platform.
Translate stakeholder needs into scalable, well-designed platform solutions.
Own backlog management, sprint planning, story refinement, and roadmap execution.
Coordinate QA and UAT processes to ensure reliable platform delivery.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in product management.
Strong platform experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM and product management responsibilities.
Proven ability to translate stakeholder requests into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules, including Employee Center Pro and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and requirements facilitation skills.
Agile product delivery experience including backlog management, sprint planning, story refinement, and QA/UAT co
